Can I pickup my order?

Local delivery is available in Portland, Victoria for a $5 fee (within the town border), pickup isn't available.

Contactless delivery is available, we aim to deliver parcels within 2-4 business days. Please leave your mobile phone number during checkout so that we can text you a photo as proof of delivery.

Your Sugar Sugar order will be packaged in a mailer bag just like it would be if it were shipped via Aus Post, but it will be delivered by us straight to your door on our dedicated delivery day.

 

FAQ:

• Can I get it sooner? We require 48 hours to process and pack your order, due to the customised aspect of our gift boxes. We will be aiming to have all orders that have selected express parcel post ($11.95 flat rate fee) packed and shipped within 48 hours. 

 

• What if I'm not home? We offer contactless delivery, we will leave your parcel at your front door and take a photo as proof of delivery.

 

• But I live outside of the town border? Our express Aus Post shipping rate is only $6.95 extra, shipped express via Australia Post direct to your door.
